CHASE SECONDARY AWARDS EVENING

Please join us as we celebrate the achievements of our students at our annual awards evening on Thursday June 24th at 7:00 pm in the CSS gymnasium. We hope to see you there.

EXAM SESSION BUS SCHEDULE:

Just a note to parents that buses will run at the regular times during the course of the exam week should your student need to come in and finish any outstanding work on Monday or Tuesday June 21st and 22nd. On report card day, June 29th, buses will pick up at the regular time and leave Chase Secondary at 12:00 pm.

As the weather gets warmer students are tempted to dress in clothing more suited to suntanning at the beach than learning in class. Please remember the School Dress Code outlined in the CSS Student Agenda.

"Students should dress appropriately for school. Clothing is to be neat, tidy and in good taste. Summer wear is acceptable but beach attire, such as halter tops, half-shirts or bathing suits is not considered suitable school dress."

Girls arriving to school in short-shorts, short skirts, or halter tops will be asked to change. Boys need to remember also that muscle shirts are not permitted and that they must keep their shirts on while on school property.

Parent teacher interviews will be held at the school on Thursday, March 18th. Students will have a shortened block rotation, and end their day at 12:35.

Sessions for parent meetings will run in the afternoon and evening from 1:30 to 3:00 pm and from 5:00 to 7:00pm.

We hope that many parents are able to attend one of these sessions. See you then!

Interim Reports are being mailed to families for all students. They should be arriving in your mailboxes sometime during spring break.
